Rocky Mount Wellness (Formally Living Well Therapies) is the only dedicated lymphatic massage studio in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We provide professional lymphatic drainage, clinical scar therapy, and therapeutic bodywork with a strong focus on women’s health, stress reduction, and drug-free chronic pain management. Our goal is to help you feel better, move better, and live with less pain. 

Michelle, LMBT #15551, is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist and a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) trained in the Vodder technique. She works with chronic pain clients and those recovering from liposuction, BBL, tummy tucks, and other cosmetic or medical procedures, offering safe and effective post-operative care. Working inside of "Erlacher Medical Services" allows clients have easy access to a qualified MD if needed.
